Take a Closer Look At Your Copier Bill!
When times get tight, you will start to see companies try and get a little more clever with their billing and a lot less gracious with charges. Copiers are no exception! What are some of the things you need to be looking out for?
- Make sure that you are not getting charged an “annual uplift charge” just because they can. Ask your rep why your costs are rising. They shouldn’t raise your charges just because they can!
- Check your bill for more frequent items you are getting billed for in maintenance which you didn’t used to get billed for and ask questions.
- Don’t just “automatically renew” — Allow for some competition. When times get tighter, we all get more competitive.
- Make sure your company is looking out for your best interest by placing the cheapest copiers to run in the highest volume areas of your company.
