Once you have a copier for your business it is crucial to keep it in working condition. While most copiers go through their entire lease with little problems, it is always important to figure out if there are issues before things become worse. Once you get your copier it is important to look through your user manual. This will be the best location for all the simple answers to your copier. If you suspect that something funky may be going on, then this is the best place to start. Do not open the copier and start poking around. While you may be well intentioned, this is an easy way to make a problem worse.

You may experience hearing weird noises. Your copier should not be making grinding or screeching sounds. If this does begin to be the case then it may be time to call a technician.
