Questions for your Copier Leasing Agent

Asking questions is one of the best ways to determine if your copier leasing agent is a good fit for you. Copier leases go on for years so you are going to want to make sure that you get along with, and trust, your copier leasing agent. There are countless things you could talk about, so these are just some sample questions for your leasing agent.

  • What is the total price breakdown of my lease? This is one of the most important questions to ask anyone before signing a lease. Too many people get tricked into thinking that their lease price is the only that that they will be paying. Make sure that you have a total breakdown for everything that you are paying for before signing any lease. If you leasing agent doesn’t seem to be giving you a straight answer then you should be on guard.
  • What features do you think I could do without? This is a good question to ask if you want to see if they actually care about you, or if they just want to make money. If it seems like they only want to add more and more features, then they are probably just trying to squeeze money out of you.
  • What kind of service can I expect to get? Are they only treating you well now, or is there customer service great as well? Can you get assistance when you need it the most? What times are they available to help you?

You don’t want to sign any kind of lease until you understand what it entails and who is selling it to you. Not everyone is going to be as straightforward as our team at Denver Copier. Make sure you always have some questions ready for your copier leasing agent before signing any contract.
