This tip may seem a tad unusual for companies considering a copier as it sort of seems unrelated. However, with the technology available in the best copiers, you can kill two birds with one stone, so to speak (we don’t advocate killing birds with stones at www.denvercopier.com). What are you doing on the paper side that could be converted to electronic processes to increse efficiencies and reduce storage costs? Do you currently copy invoices or waybills or sales orders? Why not have the copier scan the same image, not pay for the print and make it accessible to others in your company whether they are here in Denver or across the world?
This is definately a more expensive (up front) proposition, but the savings in labor and storage, etc can usually pay for the whole system within the first year. If you don’t know where to start, I would be happy to help you out if you are here in the Denver/Front Range area!
