Xerox WorkCentre 4265 Copier – 55 pages per minute.  Black and White – Letter/Legal- Print, Scan, Copy and Fax.

 Equipment cost approx $70 – $100 per month (depends on configuration).   Cost per print ranges between $.01 and .013 per print, depending on print volume.  Maintenance will add a modest monthly cost.

Xerox WorkCentre 3615 Copier – 47 Pages per minute.  Black and White – Letter/Legal – Print, Scan, Copy and Fax

Equipment Cost approx $20 – $35 per month (depends on configuration).  Cost per print is approx 2 cents a page.  Maintenance will add a modest monthly cost.

Xerox WorkCentre 5845 – 45 Pages per minute.  Black and White Workhorse copier – Letter/Legal/Ledger – Print, Scan, Copy and Fax –

Equipment Cost approx $180 – $240 per month (depends on configuration).  Cost per print is approx 8/10 of a penny per print to 1 penny per print.   Maintenance will add a modest monthly cost.

Equipment Costs – Approx $60 -$100 a month.  Cost per print.  Approx 7.5 to 10 cents a page on color.  1 to 1.5 cents per page on black and white.  Maintenance will add a modest monthly cost.

Equipment Costs – Approx $20 – $35 per month.  Cost per print – Approx 12 – 14 cents per color.  2 Cents black and white.

Equipment Costs – Approx $160 to $220 per month (depending on configuration) – Color approx 7 cents to 8.5 cents.  Black and white – approx 1 to 1.3 cents ea.  Maintenance will add a modest monthly cost.

Used HP Laserjet 4345MFP – 45 Pages per minute.  Fully refurbished.  Redone from tray through the frame to the scanner.  Looks like it is brand new!    $45 – $7o per month and cost per print is only $.009 (9/10’s of a penny) per page!
