Wrong Questions, Wrong Answers

Are You Asking the Right Copier Questions?

If you have been looking for a copier in Denver, you likely have a lot of questions.  It is interesting because every manufacturer and every sales rep seems to have a differing methodology in order to get you to buy something.  Since there are so many copier companies out there it can get confusing.  For example, if you wanted to buy a color copier in Denver, there is a myriad of potential vendors you could find on your doorstep.

You may get a Xerox copier rep, or you could get a rep from Canon, Konica Minolta, Ricoh, Kyocera, Brother, Lexmark, HP, Copystar, Okidata, Dell, Sharp, Toshiba or Imagistics…    (I am sure there are more, but how detailed does this list really need to be?  So, your HP rep may be preaching the brand HP, the consistency, the reliability and support.  You Xerox rep or Canon Copier Rep may be talking about their low cost, their cost per print programs and their exceptional color quality.  Your Ricoh or Kyocera rep may speak of their technicians vast field expertise.

If I were going to break copier brands into functional strengths, I would do so like this:

High Speed with Low Downtime — Canon, Xerox, Ricoh, Konica Minolta, Copystar and Toshiba

Low Total Cost of Ownership — Konica Minolta, Xerox, Toshiba, Kyocera

Low Initial Costs:  HP, Lexmark, Dell & Brother

As you are buying a copier, the real question you will need to answer is what are you using it for and what are your priorities?  We can help you from there!
